seeswood pool nuneaton

any one ever fished this?its pretty big ive been up there about 5 times in the last few weeks to have a look and ive only seen one carp but it was BIG easy knockin on 30s door <!-- s8-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cool.gif" alt="" title="Cool" /><!-- s8-) --> .had a word with a few people fishing but none of them seem to fish for the carp although they have said theres some biggies in there.any info would be grand.

Found out a bit of info for you pal, albiet its recently come up on another forum.

Its £90 for 3 rods from the 1st of may till the march the 31st which isnt too bad.

bait wise id go for the boilie only approach as there is alot of bream and small pasties 3lb to 9lb in there id also use big baits 20mm plus , peg wise there isnt any hot pegs really so id have a walk round pick a couple of pegs and keep the bait goin in and stick at it has its a very slow water , id keep it hush hush aswel coz as soon as u start to have fish or your seen putting bait in u might struggle to get back in um, stock wise its any1 guess ive had a 29.14lb common and a 27lb mirror so i no that they are in there for defo , if also seen two big coomons that look mid thirtys , id say there is about 5 low twentys aswel it was also stocked with 200 pasties 3lb to 9lb , 3 20lb plus cats and some nice tench aswell hope this has helped sum

Found abit on another forum for you attyv. Seems to be fishing very hard with the few who have fished there all blanking.
One lad fished it last year for 3 small commons and a million Bream. Seems a very hard venue.

just joined seeswood this year doing my first couple of nights next weekend hopefully, couple of my mates have fished a few nights ( only bream). only one decent size carp come out this season i think 21pounds. hard water with plenty of natural food.

ive just joined there heard theres 2 over 30 and a few 20lbs plus the stockies that they put in which are around 6-8lb plus 3 catfish and alot of big bream and zander, a very hard water though from what i can gather

done a night on here friday and had my first carp out, 9pound stockie, not big but great condition . back up in couple of weeks for 2 nights and hope to have some more.

back up seeswood for 2 nights tomorrow, gonna give the cell a bash over spodded pigeon conditioner and hope to have 1 or 2 out

Good luck pal hope you bag a few. Pigeon Conditioner is an awesome carp attracter and will keep them visiting the swim for hours.
