**Flooding Update**

Manor Farm Lake and St. Johns Pool are now back open. Hardwick Lake and Smiths Pool will re-open on Friday 14th March at 8am.

We've reviewed the Brasenose Lakes and the water levels are still too high, so they wont be back open until about Wednesday the 19th of March, we will confirm this next Monoday.

The water levels on Oxlease, Hunts and Guys are still too high to open, so it will be at least another 2-3 weeks for these.

Please bear in mind that the banks are going to be quite soft and muddy around the gravelled swims so please bring the appropriate footwear.

Please rest assured that despite the current flooding no fish have been able to escape or have moved between any of the Linear waters [day ticket and syndicate]. This is due to the precautions Linear took after the floods of 2007. As soon as we are able the waters will re-open – watch out for the announcement here. At the moment there is no change to the water levels.

10 Jun **Four 40's landed in the last 48-Hours**

The Small Plated has been out of St. Johns at a spawned out weight of 41lb.

On Manor Farm Lake "The Pretty One" has been caught at just over forty along with "Spike" who was caught by one of the tench anglers at low forty. And after becoming one of the hardest fish in the lake to catch in recent years, "Kempy's Linear" has been out again and yes before you ask she was caught by a tench angler for the third capture in a row. More details and photos when we receive them.

10 Jun **News Update**

We've just seen the photos of the forty out of St. Johns and it wasn't the Small Plated, nor was it the Big Plated. It was a heavily, almost linear scaled mirror that was witnessed by anglers fishing just down for the angler who caught it. The photos weren't amazing but if they get sent through we'll post them.

I also forget to mention that the "The Big Common" was caught at the end of last week at 47lb, that's the third different 47lb plus carp caught from St. Johns this year!

SPAWNING

08 Jun **Spawning Update**
Although we beleive they have nearly finished on B-2 we still have swims 1-10 and 31-35 closed. The same for St. Johns with swims 26-30 & 39 closed but nearly finished. No noticeable spawning yet on Manor but we still have swims 22-24 and 37-39 closed on Oxlease.
No signs on the Guys Lakes Syndicate, so they may have finished on there now. But they have had another go on B-1 and we have closed swims 1 and 2 along with 38-45, the same area where they had a go about two weeks ago.

09 Jun **Spawning Update**

Not much has changed from yesterday (see Monday's update below) except we now have closed peg 19 on Manor Farm Lake as they are spawning along the margin adjacent to our office. We expect to be opening the swims on B-2 and St. Johns tomorrow morning as they seem to be nearly finished.

10 Jun **Spawning Update**

They have now finished on Brasenose-Two, Oxlease, Manor and the Guys Syndicate along with Hunts and Hardwick/Smiths where they finished a couple of weeks ago. Still a handful of fish spawning on St. Johns so swims 26-30 will remain closed. On Brasenose-One we still have swims 1 and 2 along with 38-45 closed but they are getting close to finishing on there.

If they start again on any of the lakes we will post it straight away but hopefully that's it about done.

11 Jun **Spawning Update**

All spawning now seems to have finished with the except of St. Johns, where they are still finishing off, so swims 26-30 will remain closed for now.

If they start again on any of the lakes we will post it straight away but hopefully that's it about done.

12 Jun **Spawning Update**

All swims across the complex that were closed for spawning are now back open and all spawning has fished. We won't make any further spawning posts unless the start again on any of the lakes.
