Canal Zander

Had a few Z's pver the years from the GUC and the Oxford around near me but nothing bigger than 4lb. Anyone know where there maybe a few bigger specimens and what i can do if anything to pick out the bigger fish? pm if you want to keep it quiet.

Me and my mate have been having some decent zander. One of which was in total fishing magazine.

Usually concentrate on spinning for Zander down the canal and by the looks of it deadbaiting could be the way forward.

yeah, I have never had any zander on the spinners or lures, only dead baits. Deffo worth a try.

Lot cheaper than tackle shops.
