This Winters Targets

Had another go on the same swim for an hour this morning. Complete change in conditions from yesterday. A strong wind blowing in my face in the opposite direction to the flow of the river. Struggling to get presentation right i finally started getting a few bites but it ended in a 4oz Roach. After this it went did so decided to retreat home and get a brew on.

Had a couple of hours on the river in Long Itchington on Friday managed this Chub and Roach on bread.

Saw some Pike in there to including on around 3lb which is suprising for such a small river. Theres Perch in there to so gonna give it a go with spinners before the seasons over to see if i can catch a couple.

Got this one just as the light faded from under the rod tip on bread flake. Fought a good fight and had teeth mark scars on it from where it must have been grabbed by a Pike in its younger days. Tried to get a photo if it so it could be seen and you can just about see the marks on it.
