had a walk round yesterday, had'ent relised just how big it is,seemed a lot smaller 40yrs ago lol, anyway took me over an hour to reach the stumps (far end) spent the next two hours up a tree watching carp spawn spotted 5 or 6 that might push the 30lbweight, 2 very big commons def 30+ both looked spawned out as only in 2/3 ft of water, mate tells me two good fish been out recently common of 31 and a mirror of 26 both from the roadside bank,mate done 48hrs resulting 3 bream to 9lb 1 tench 6lb+, went this morning place like a ploughed field,not an easy place to get round,but nice down the bottom end.
