to early to hammer the bait in? was created by Jonnyrotten
thinking of a session soon and having warmed up over the last month after being cold are the carp gettin hungry and would hammering the bait in be a good idea or is it to soon. not loads at once but get a nice bed down the top up after each run.

Depends on where you are planning on fishing mate. If a well stocked water then i would put 3 or 4 spods of bait out or a few catapults of boilies then as you have said after every run top up the swim. If a low stocked water stick with singles, bags or stringers.

Cant hurt to get a bit of bait out there pal. Not kgs and kgs but something to get the carp sniffing around a bit for a bit of a meal.
