Great angling Gav, what's your biggest from the mitre ? I managed to fish it once last year due to work and had a 17lb 8oz mirror, that's my biggest so far off there, i've seen a lot of 20's in there and this year I will hopefully get one :)

21lb 15oz. Fished it quite a few times last year, caught everytime bar one evening session floater fishing.
Caught loads between 11 and 15lb but I don't care about the size when they look like this.

Caught my first surface caught Carp of 2014 this evening from Dog Lane. Caught on first cast after feeding them for half hour but spooked the rest of the Carp off and couldn't get them going again.

Had 5 small Carp and 2 Bream out of the caravan park pond at the Blue Lias pub off the top using mixers this afternoon. This was the prettiest of the day.

Struggled today for 12 hours on Mitre Pool today but after a change of swims and an aborted take Ianded this one at 15lb 2oz from peg 1.
