Cold snap gonna kill it?

Ive got a ticket for a nice stretch of the lower severn.
Only problem is its full of eels and they eat anything and everything.
I Got fed up with getting up at 3am, to a 8oz eels that had hooked themselves through the tail, gills,eye sockets on size 2 hooks.
The good thing is, as soon as the temperature drops they go off the feed.
So bring on the cold!

Good thing with rivers are they are the last waterways to freeze over to.

cold snap never gonna kill it on rivers as the fish got to keep movin so gotta keep eating to get the energy to do it.
