dunno what your budget is, but I use the chub x-tra protection cradle it was 50 quid and is honestly the best unhooking mat i've ever owned and can't imagine needing anything else. If thats a bit too pricey for you then ebay search "carp cradle" and there's a few options on there ranging from 20-40 quid that don't look too bad either!
