As easy as Drayton? What size do they go to and whats the average size of the carp in there?
If its another lake like Drayton dont think i will bother unless there an average bigger stamp of carp but cheers for the feedback mate. :P

There are alot of matches on at Earlswood so it see`s alot of pellet ,this is the best attack with a boilie over the top ,i have a good friend who match fishes it alot and he recommends fishing on top of your feed but if the bites dry up cast about 10 yards past your bait as the fish don`t move off they just back off a bit until the swim settles again ,its also a good floater water in the summer fish from about 6 in the evening until dark and you will be good for a dozen fish majority being doubles but there are loads of twenties in there but its just a numbers thing catch enough and the twenties will come :)

Great tips there thanks. Drayton average is around 12lb so sounds the same sort of stamp of fish. Wading through them to get the bigger fish is harder than it sounds, trust Drayton the same. May have to give it a go and if they not the cleanest carp then thats alot like Drayton because they battered in there. Few day trips on there may get me into a bigger carp or 2.
Can you night fish it?

Is it full of matches at the weekends up there to? Drayton usually is but so big does have alot of free pegs if you want to walk the distance.

Would you say your lucky if you had a 20 out of there because of the numbers of smaller carp? Or is it a case of you are gonna catch a 20 but going to have to sit through 50 odd smaller carp until you do.
Any particular areas or tactics that will haul you out the bigger stamp of carp?

Sounds like may have to do a few days on here come the summer months. :)
