2011 catch results

Nice ben, slap some pics up I've not seen many fish from Stanwick. Only pike fished it myself.

Biggest i had was 11lb 7oz so didnt bother with pictures. Going to be back on there soon so hopefully will have bigger and will get a few photos up mate.

im even going to spam the forum from the bank side... im at hopsford hall. 2 fish so far a 9lb mirror and a 16lb common

Had another 1 around 12lb after a move down the lake a bit, and lost one aswell. They seemed to be a bit funny today, spoke to the lady in charge and she said they had a go at spawning. But the one I caught at 16lb was chock full of spawn so I think that accounts for them being a bit off and on as they still haven't finished the good stuff. Either way 3 fish and dodged the rain bar a little drizzle, was a pleasant day to be on the bank. Looking forward to the day somewhere next week. Might even go this saturday aswell, we'll see.

So who else is fishing?

wanna get up hopsford myself but got no time to atm.

i was told they had spawned already last week? maybe i was miss informed by my mate or only a few of them have spawned not all.

hopefully get time to get on there by end of the month.

Yea another guy had one full of spawn aswell, i think thats why they were so on / off feeding. Little bit slow for a mid week session at hopsford from what i remember and as i say i think its down to them not being completely spawned out yet.

Back from 23 hours on Mitre Pool at Bishops Bowls. Managed 8 runs resulting in 2 carp, 1 roach, 2 hook pulls and 3 snags.
