2012 Catch Results

Not bad for a days tench fishing... although the tench seem to put in much less of an appearance...

nicely done beeny mate, i know mitre isn't the easiest of lakes around so you're doing something right!

Well done lads, Carp should be majorly getting there heads down soon ready to pile on weight for the winter.

Cheers lads well done on the hunting....I was over the moon with the common.. im going to try and get out next week but i have now hurt myself getting to the peg to catch these carp. im having to walk down a vertical bank with my gear and now i pulled all my back & Chest ... sadly the olden days of being a young lad and taking all the crap of uneven banks has to stop..
Give anything to go back...

The fishing keeps the youngster in all of us alive saddler, im sure you will be back to scrambling down steep banks again in no time mate .

braved the bad forecast weather today for a day at ryton again, lot of people down there for a weekday but did manage 1 carp around 12-15lb and a tench about 4lb while others blanked. Gonna head back tomorrrow and use up my groundbait hopefully less people will be there!
