The resse is used to top up the canal i think so this is why the water is so far down. Will take a look today and see if i can find Mark the baliff and ask him.

Dam wall is still closed all the way down according to another site.
Boat house is also tipped to be the Pike hotspot.
Going to try and get myself down there soon for a Pike session so if anyone has any tips to bag a few out of there it would be much appricated.

Water still extremely low and dam wall closed but have seen a couple of pike fisherman up there during the week trying their luck near the sailing club.

Dam wall still closed and water level still low but this isnt putting people off going up there. Still reckon over 30 people fishing yesterday and the catch rate doesnt seem to have fallen from what i saw when i was there. Heading up there next week so will let you all know how i do and i will have a chat with the baliff to.

Water level is still very low even after all the recent rain. Dont know if dam wall is open yet but fishing there this week so will let you all know. Carp still topping out in the open water in the middle when i had a look a few days ago.

Had a stroll round today at 7.15 saw 2 lads bivvied up thought no way got in the van carried onto my job stopped on way back saw a few fish moving sat on the dam wall never fished here but tink I'll be back see what's on offer
